How to Contact the Practice During the COVID-19 Pandemic
We thought it would be helpful to outline the most effective ways to contact us, especially in this challenging time with being stuck in our homes, including how you can send a question to us via e mail using the form below. Here are a few pointers for what to do in certain situations:
If you would like to speak to or see a doctor the same day
Please phone the practice in the usual way and let reception know that you would like to speak to a doctor. You can still see a doctor face to face, but in the current situation we will always arrange for a doctor to speak to you on the telephone first.
If you would like to request a repeat prescription
Please do not use the form below as this will probably delay your request. It will work much better if you go to our prescriptions page here where you can order prescriptions, and also leave a comment for the doctor to see if there is something they need to know.
If you would like to ask reception a non-urgent question
The form below should work well. This might be something like asking about recent test results, or a question about registration or online access, for instance.
If you would like to ask a doctor or nurse a non-urgent question
The form below should work well. Please DO NOT use this form for urgent clinical questions, as the e mails are only checked once daily and the doctor or nurse may take a few days to get back to you, so this is ideal for non-urgent matters. Good examples would be a request for a sick note, a question about routine blood tests or routine health matters.
