It is more efficient for us, since the request goes straight to a doctor, which means we can process it more quickly for you and there is less chance of any errors being made.

The NHS App is NOT the same as the COVID track and trace app, but allows you to connect with your own GP record in order to order prescriptions, see test results and more.
