We have joined Facebook!

There are so many things we would like to let you know about, that we have just set up our own Facebook page! Facebook isn't for everyone, but it can be a great way to tell people what is happening and as the practice is becoming more involved in community projects like Walking for Health, Art Space and our exciting new dream of setting up a therapy garden in Farncombe, we want to be able to keep communication channels open more often.
