Making a complaint or suggestion

We take complaints very seriously, and would like to be able to deal with any complaints swiftly and to everyone's satisfaction whenever possible. We have an in-house complaints procedure.  If you have a complaint, you should contact the practice manager or ask at reception for the Complaints Information Leaflet.  It is always very helpful if you can make any formal complaint in writing, although we will still take a verbal complaint just as seriously. You may write to the practice manager at the surgery address, or you may use the form below to make a complaint.  Your complaint will be fully investigated and dealt with promptly.

We are always happy to receive suggestions as to how we could improve our service, and we greatly appreciate the positive feedback that so many of our patients kindly give to us - it really does help keep up the morale of all our staff to know when we have done things well.

We would value any feedback concerning the website, or the practice in general. We will listen carefully to what you say but please note that we will not usually be able to reply to your feedback (unless it is a formal complaint).  Please do not therefore ask any questions about your health.
