Technical Issue with Online Forms - 05.05.2026
On Tuesday 5 May, we experienced a temporary issue with our online forms. This was due to a problem with a third-party provider and was outside of our control. Between 8:00am and 8:15am, patients were able to complete forms via our website. However, these submissions were not received in our inbox. Easter Opening Times
The surgery will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday, reopening as normal on Tuesday 7th April. Meningitis Cases Reported in Kent - Information & Advice
We are aware of recent reports of meningitis cases in parts of Kent. We would like to reassure our patients that there are currently no known cases linked to the local area in Surrey. Practice Closure for Staff Training

Dr Jameson - Change to Working Days
Dr Jess Jameson has reduced her working days - she will continue to work in the practice on a Thursday morning. Dr Jameson will no longer hold a list of registered patients and her current list of patients will be reassigned to Dr Lucy Holloway. Patients will still be able to see Dr Jameson, and Dr Holloway can liaise with her regarding your care if necessary. Practice Closed for Training
The surgery will be closed for staff training on Wednesday 28th January from 1pm. During this time you will be able to submit non-urgent and admin requests online but these will not be viewed until the following day.
