Summary Care Record Upload
The practice will soon need to complete the upload to the national Summary Care Record. this is separate to care.data, and involves the transfer of some of your key health information to a national database, so that it can be accessed in an emergency if you are admitted to hospital. While most people will feel this is a helpful move for their care, some would rather not take part in this and you are able to opt out if you wish, Please read this for more details.
