We are delighted to welcome our new GP Chaplain, Annie Cox, who will be starting with us at Binscombe on Friday 12th February. Annie will be working with us on Friday afternoons and patients will be able to book in directly to see her. Hymn Singalong

Covid-19 vaccination programme – what you need to know
Vaccines are the way out of this pandemic. An effective vaccine is the best way to protect people from coronavirus.
Following extensive safety trials and authorisation by the independent regulator (the MHRA), effective COVID-19 vaccines are now available for free in the UK. The vaccination programme has already started in Surrey Heartlands and we are working hard to reach everyone who is eligible as quickly as vaccine supplies allow.

A message to our patients regarding the Covid-19 Vaccination
We have recently been contacting patients who are aged 80 and over to book an appointment to have their Covid-19 vaccination. At the moment these are taking place at a central hub, and not at the surgery. The programme is currently being managed externally but we are responsible for booking our patients into the available appointment slots. We have been made aware this afternoon that, due to a problem with the supply chain, the vaccine has not been delivered for the patient
