Apologies for computer problem today

We would like to send out sincere apologies for any patients who were affected by a computer problem today.

At around 4pm the GP computer record system went down nationally, affecting practices all over the country including Binscombe. Unfortunately it was not resolved by the end of the day.

We are aware that some patients will have been expecting a call back this evening and not been called as we were not able to access your contact details to call you. We are very sorry for this. Should you need urgent medical advice this evening then please call NHS 111. If you were expecting a call today and did not receive one then it would be best to call us again in the morning, or to fill in one of our medical advice forms on the website (go to the first page of our website and follow the stethoscope!)
