The Royal Surrey Hospital has recently produced a really helpful booklet about rehabilitation for anyone affected by long covid which is well worth a look and share with anyone who might benefit.

The same principles apply to anyone recovering from a debilitating viral illness - there was some recent research showing that 'long-flu' is also quite common, it has just never hit the news like long covid so we haven't heard about it.
