On Saturday 11th October, one of our GPs, Dr Martin Brunet, will be leading a seminar at Godalming Baptist Church as part of their regular series of seminars on life issues.

Martin has led a health-related seminar each autumn over a number of years and they usually book up well with places limited to around 100, so do book in early if you would like to come!

This session will look at new perspectives in what is going on when someone has chronic pain, where it can often feel like they have got stuck with their pain and doctors have run out of ideas. Martin will look at how the mind and body work together and the fascinating neuroscience behind what causes pain, and - most importantly - what can be done about it!

The seminar is to be held:

at Godalming Baptist Church, 15, Queen Street, Godalming GU7 1BA

10.00-12.30

(Tea and coffee is available from 9.30am)

All are welcome (you don't have to be a Binscombe patient) and there is no charge, but there will be an opportunity to make a donation to Farncombe Community Garden if you would like to do so.

Please reserve a place, by contacting Sally Pollard
