Patient Survey - Enhanced Access
To assist us as a member of the North & East Waverley Primary Care Network (PCN), we would appreciate feedback from our patients so that a new Enhanced Access service commencing October 2022 can be planned.
Enhanced Access is a service provided by GP practices in each PCN which offers patients appointments in the evenings and at the weekend, and it is important for us to ensure we meet the needs of patients when planning what the service will look like.
