We're Making Some Changes to Our Appointments System

Having spent some time looking at how we help our patients get the right outcome when they ask for medical help, we plan to make a change to our Appointments System from Monday 29th April.

The advantage of the new triage system is that all patients will receive a definite outcome within 24 hours of getting in touch (and the majority will be on the same day).
