Free Stress Management Course


Whether you are feeling stressed, are supporting someone through a period of stress, or just want to learn more about stress management, there is a great course starting in Woking on Monday 12th March from 6-7.30pm. The course is based upon the principles behind Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, is free to all and is being run by one of our established NHS providers of talking based therapies.
